A Global Perspective
Having lived, worked, or volunteered in 16 countries, traveled to 36 countries, and explored 49 of the 50 United States, founder Pamala Horugavye is a true nomad. Her extensive global travel has sharpened her perspective on what helps travelers feel comfortable, inspired, and connected. This firtsthand insight enables her to successfully bridge the gap between property owners’ needs and travelers’ hopes and expectations.
A Combination of Business and Service-Minded Leadership
With a dual BS in Business Management and Organizational Behavior and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MA in International Service from American University’s School of International Service, Pamala combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of people, cultures, and global service. Her seasoned background, diverse experience, and strong work ethic spur her to go above and beyond to empower partners to thrive from working with her company.
